At TPF, we believe that great infrastructure is built on vision, precision, and perseverance.
We are honored to share that a technical paper co-authored by Mr. Bhushan Nahire, GM – Designs, TPFEPL, on the Eight Lane Cable Stayed Bridge over the River Zuari, published in the IRC Journal, Volume 83-3, and presented during the 83rd Annual Session of the Indian Roads Congress (IRC) at Raipur, has been awarded the prestigious Maharashtra PWD Medal by the Indian Roads Congress for the Best Paper on Construction at the 84th Annual Session of the IRC, held on 7th November 2025 in Bhubaneswar.
This recognition goes far beyond academic achievement. The Zuari Bridge—now proudly known as Manohar Setu—stands as a symbol of engineering resilience and excellence. From navigating challenging site conditions to executing high-precision cable tensioning amid the uncertainties of a global pandemic, every phase of the project demanded innovation, teamwork, and unwavering commitment.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the co-author of the paper, Mr. Uttam Parsikar, PCE – PWD Goa, and the dedicated teams at PWD Goa and Dilip Buildcon, whose collective efforts transformed complex engineering challenges into a landmark infrastructure achievement, and warmly congratulate Mr. Bhushan Nahire, GM – Designs, TPFEPL, on this well-deserved recognition for his outstanding contribution to bridge engineering excellence.
As TPF celebrates this prestigious honour, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing infrastructure that shapes the future.
