Mr. Atul D. Bhobe has done his M.S.E. from University of Michigan, USA. He is also an alumnus of Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute of the University of Mumbai having done his B.E. in Civil Engineering with Honors.

He joined the company’s services of then M/s. S. N. Bhobe & Associates Private Limited in 1986, after completion of his Master degree and continues to lead the organization as the Managing Director of TPF Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Bhobe has more than 33 years of rich experience in the field of bridge and structural engineering consultancy.

As a member of various IRC committees, he is instrumental in regular updates being made to the IRC codes. He has published/presented over 200 papers at national and international conferences.

As the Managing Director of TPF Engineering Private Limited, the company continues to flourish under his guidance and leadership. He has also looked after the active diversification and specialized jobs of the company.

Mr. Thomas Spitaels is an active member of Board of Directors of TPF Engineering Private Limited.

Co-founder of TPF Group, he also chairs the TPF Executive Committee since 2003, having been its Managing Director since 1991.

He graduated in Commercial Engineering from Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). After short missions as an Ambassador to the Belgian Minister for Energy and Budget (Wallonie region) and in industry as Product Manager with L’OREAL and as Account Executive with Publicis, Thomas Spitaels joined TPF Group in 1987.

Thomas Spitaels is also an Advisory Board Member at ING Belgium and BNP Paribas Fortis Commercial Banking Belgium.
