At TPF Engineering Pvt Ltd, from June 2025 to December 2025, we proudly conducted our Employee Skill Development Program- The Bootcamp, it is a journey focused on confidence, communication, leadership, and professional growth.

The bootcamp featured engaging activities such as spot talking, debates, situational role plays, live press conferences, and final journey presentations, encouraging employees to step out of their comfort zones and showcase their talents.

We concluded this inspiring journey with a Bootcamp Ceremony, where we felicitated all participants and celebrated the winners for their dedication and outstanding performances.
