At TPFEPL, we believe in nurturing talent and providing valuable learning experiences. This commitment was vividly demonstrated through our Internship Program 2023, which took place from June 26th to August 11th, spanning a productive 7 weeks. This year’s internship program welcomed the brightest minds from the RICS School of Built Environment.

With a focus on holistic learning, the program encompassed three crucial departments: Business Development (Tendering), Estimation, and Projects. The interns worked on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced industry experts, giving their fresh ideas while also acquiring knowledge of practical applications.
