| Business Development: • Contact government & private clients, arrange meetings. • Plan & oversee new marketing initiatives. • Research organizations for new opportunities and markets. • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. • Develop quotes, proposals, business growth strategies, and action plans. • Update seniors on industry developments and competitor activities. Tendering: • Study tender documents, analyze technical and commercial points. • Coordinate with design, procurement, supervision, commercial, and legal teams for bid inputs. • Evaluate CVs, prepare tenders, manage tender submission activities. • Analyze BOQ, special and technical conditions. • Handle timely submission, post-bid follow-up, and client clarifications. • Maintain tender documentation and records. • Preference for candidates with tendering/bid submission/contract management experience in engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects. Requirement: • Effective communication, willingness to travel. • Excellent computer skills, MS Excel & PowerPoint. | ||
