| • Perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, including hangars, industrial sheds, and buildings. • Review structural calculations, GA drawings, connection designs, and fabrication drawings. • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IS, IRC, BIS, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.). • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. • Provide technical guidance and review the work of junior engineers. • Resolve design-related queries during project execution and construction. • Independently manage projects from conceptual design through detailed engineering and documentation. • Apply advanced knowledge of wind, seismic, and other structural loading requirements •Technical Skills • Strong expertise in steel structures, including portal frames, trusses, connections, and detailing. • Experience in RCC building design. • Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, MIDAS, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and related structural design software. • Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • 10+ years of relevant experience in the design of steel and RCC structures for industrial, infrastructure, or building projects | ||
