| • Lead and perform structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, including hangars, industrial sheds, and their connections. • Review design calculations, general arrangement (GA) drawings, connection designs, and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes. • Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers; review and check their design work. • Ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards such as IS, IRC, BIS, AISC, Eurocodes, and other international practices. • Support project execution by addressing design clarifications, site queries, and technical issues during construction. • Strong expertise in steel structure design, including trusses, portal frames, connections, and detailing, as well as RCC building design. • Proficiency in design software such as STAAD. Pro, MIDAS, ETABS, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and related applications. • Sound understanding of wind load, seismic design, and other structural behaviour aspects as per latest codes. • Ability to independently handle end-to-end design assignments, from conceptual design through to final detailed design and documentation. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the design of steel and RCC structures for industrial, infrastructure, or building projects. | ||
