| • Experienced in major infrastructure projects such as bridges, roads, railways, airports, and building construction works • Proficient in providing pre-tender services for government and private sector clients, including preparation and review of DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), tender documents, schedules, and bid-related documentation. • Responsible for quantity take-offs from construction drawings, preparation of detailed estimates, rate analysis, and determination of project contract values. • Skilled in deriving rates using Schedule of Rates (SOR), MoRTH Standard Data Book, Railway Analysis of Rates (AOR), and prevailing market rates. • Experienced in preparing quantity calculations and cost estimates for variation items, obtaining vendor quotations, conducting rate analysis, and compiling complete variation claim documentation for submission to cost consultants and clients. • Involved in procurement activities including floating enquiries, evaluating quotations, vendor/agency finalization, and preparation of comparative statements for commercial assessment and decision-making. • Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, tendering procedures, contract administration, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. | ||
